What is the waiting list for?

It lets you receive the announcement when Rostiz pre-orders open and launch information by email. It is not an order or a reservation of the game or its price.

What data is stored?

The form stores your email, language, date and consent version. It does not request photos, children’s names or payment information. Your email is kept until orders open, then deleted within 30 days. If you unsubscribe before then, it is deleted within 30 days of your request.

Photos (when orders open)

No photo is needed to join the waiting list. When you order, the photo will only be used to create the game character; it will never be published, sold or used for any other purpose. Rostiz will delete it from its systems within 48 hours of receiving it, and only the creator of Rostiz will be able to view it. You must hold parental responsibility for the child in the photo, or have the consent of the person who does. The technical provider used to create the characters, its retention terms and transfer safeguards will be specified here before orders open.

Withdrawing your consent

You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing contact@rostiz.com or using the unsubscribe link in every email. You can also request access to, correction or deletion of your data at the same address, and lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.

What this preview does not do

Optional audience measurement is described below and stays disabled until configuration is complete. No automatic email is sent.

Optional audience measurement

With your consent, we measure campaign labels, CTA positions, video milestones and registrations confirmed by our server. PostHog Cloud EU is the intended processor. No email, photo, name, form value, full URL, advertising click identifier or session recording is sent to PostHog. Pseudonymous session identifiers remain personal data.

Your choice is stored on this domain for 180 days. The measurement identifier lasts at most 24 hours, with a new session after 30 minutes of inactivity. No identifier or consent is shared between rostiz.fr and rostiz.com. Approved campaign labels can follow the language link. You can refuse or withdraw using Privacy choices below; registration remains available. Previously collected events are not automatically erased by withdrawal.

Delivery queue: eligible for delivery for 7 days, then purged daily; deleted after successful delivery. Intended analytics retention: 90 days, to be configured and verified in PostHog before activation. Replay is disabled. Before public activation, Rostiz must complete the controller/contact details above, the processor agreement, retention settings and deletion process.
